Hotel Doralba Inn - Merida

I expected a slight upgrade after such uncomfortable conditions, but instead, I was completely ignored. The pool area also seemed unkempt. Utterly disappointing-this place certainly doesn't deserve my recommendation!

The hotel is relaxing and exceptionally clean, has nice views of sunrise or sunset. The standard queen room is brand-new and has climate control, WiFi and cable television.

The Premium Double Room was spacious, offering plenty of room for us to unwind. I loved how the AC worked perfectly, keeping the room comfortable amid the heat. The pool area was a highlight, clean and inviting.

Great value and good space. Internet access. Pool...but think they need to scrub the pool inside edges from time to time as are grimy. Hope hotel can keep its level as it is convenient and has parking. Enjoyed our stay here.

The room was great--good size, comfortable. The overall layout of the hotel creates a spacious and very pleasant atmosphere. Staff is friendly, competent, and very helpful, from the people at the desk to the guys who run around fixing things and keep the pool clean.

No drinkable water or glasses in the room, and the absence of any snacks outside breakfast hours is frustrating!!! Vending machine food options need expansion!!!

A spacious comfortable room with nice view over the pool and trees/plants. Close to the main market and walking distance to town centre. Pleasant open courtyard for breakfast.

Great view of the pool. The ambiance was relaxing, especially with the fountain's sound. We enjoyed the excellent breakfast options each morning. The only issue was occasional noise from nearby rooms, but overall it was a pleasant stay.

Quite basic, a bit of a disapointment. The room was just a sterile cube with mattresses set on curious concrete pillars. The location is great if you want access to the center of town, but we just needed an overnight hotel on our way elsewhere, and it was two expensive taxi rides to get from the hotel, which is 10km away.

Had a great stay! The room was spacious and the AC worked perfectly, a lifesaver in the heat. Loved the pool area. It felt refreshing after long days exploring. Breakfast was decent, but not a lot of fruity options. Totally worth it!

I like Merida and so I like this hotel. If and when i'll come to back Merdida because of surrounding villages and ruins, art and galleries...intersting enviroment. I choose Dolores Alba again.. it ois fine olace also for a older single traveling woman. Very nice place for these issues...
